DiLisi Family History

For over 30 years, Salvatore DiLisi has owned DiLisi Ristorante in Bridgeton. Sal DiLisi immigrated to the U.S. from Carini, Italy, in April 1978. His family purchased the restaurant at 34 Cornwell Drive, Bridgeton, in July 1979. Sal's parents Giacomo and Concetta DiLisi retired and returned to Italy in 1985. Sal then took over the Bridgeton restaurant. Sal, his wife Nancy, and his two children, Giacomo, and Valeria have brought a touch of Italian heritage to the small town of Bridgeton.

About the Restaurant

DiLisi Ristorante is a casual family style eatery. The menu offers lunch and dinner specials with an emphasis on saute items in the northern Italian and Mediterranean style. Enjoy the wide variety of delicious gourmet prepared foods. Gourmet pizzas and breads are baked to perfection with daily homemade dough. Each meal is made to order with the finest indgredients. DiLisi combines meat and seafood with Italian vegetables to add intrigue to his dishes. There are even dishes for those who enjoy the traditional Italian fare. DiLisi also caters banquets and special occasions at their facility. Reservations are available. DiLisi Ristorante is the perfect place to go for atmosphere and good food that is reasonably priced.
